Crystal pyramid for meditation
Crystal is another mysterious material that intrigued many and understood by few. Articles about the healing power of crystals abound in the internet. Crystal caves are discovered regularly throughout the earth. One thing is common: the temperature in the crystal caves well exceeds 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Crystal somehow collects and conducts energy in a way we do not fully understand. All forms of energy such as light, heat, or electricity have a spectrum of frequencies. Crystal seems to filter these wavelengths and the filtered frequencies have beneficial effects to the human body. All we meditation practitioners know is that if we add a crystal on top of a pyramid, the effect of meditation under the pyramid is even stronger than the pyramid without the crystal. Some say the effect is about three times stronger. I do not have numerical data to support or to dispute that. I can only attest that it is stronger to be sure.
